I did so, and was approved. Purchased a shop press and a couple other items, put them on the brand new account, and the discount was NOT applied. Store manager said they couldn't do anything about it and to call the credit card company (Synchrony). Pretty scammy. I immediately returned the merchandise and canceled the credit card. Total waste of time.

A customer was left waiting an inordinate 45 minutes merely to receive assistance unlocking a secured display case for cameras. If you're considering getting a Furnace, do not go to Lowe's in Farmington, New Mexico I ordered a…read morenew furnace and they sent a company from El Paso Texas to do it , Mechanical Technologies (who they are still using!! ) and they incorrectly installed it and just about killed a household of people with the carbon monoxide carbon dioxide fumes. Came back to "fix it "and made it worse and completely ruined the inside of a brand new furnace and then decided they didn't want to replace it. Finally, after much arguing, they replaced it and as far as getting any compensation or any accountability, there is none. This happened November 4. It's a situation with a room full of incompetent people that sell things basically. . I've tried repeatedly to deal with these people to get some accountability and now we're going to have to lawyer up . I gave them every opportunity to make this right, now it will cost them. They just don't care. It's not like a Windows crooked or a door that won't open and shut they almost killed an entire household, full of people and two dogs, and don't care.
