I got home only to find the double paned slider had a broken jagged pane missing. I called to inform them it was the wrong slider and I would return it. They said ok. I drove down gave them the door looked around and couldn't find another complete door. They refused to refund me for the door despite not having another complete slider. I said I couldn't find anything else yet they refused to refund me accusing me of buying the broken door knowingly. They were rude and unwilling to refund me. They offered instore credit but they had nothing I could use. I'm in my 70s and I spoke with the owner and he said too bad he couldn't return my money. I've never been treated so poorly and they didn't care I live 21/2 hours away. Most of the inventory is in bad shape and they want top dollar. I pleaded with them to return my money but they insisted in store credit only.
