I've been here before but this time was for me. I was looking for a lift top cocktail table and…read morethey had several but not the one I had seen on the internet. I pointed this out and the lady helping me contacted Albuquerque and found they had it. She made arrangements to get it brought to Farmington and set it all up. It was on sale and I got it for that price. It is going to be delivered next Thursday. This was an excellent experience and everything was done to my satisfaction. Micaela Daily was just so helpful. I left very satisfied and knew I was getting the table I wanted. I also got an estimate on a platform storage bed that I hope to purchase soon. I am very satisfied and will keep doing business here. And Micaela is amazing.

Being warned before we went in, we decided to go anyway to find a baby shower gift. Unfortunately she was there and I should have listened to others about her. Just for starters- She talks down to people, and she even went as far as degrading other customers in front of the rest of the people in the store. We were blown away by the way she spoke to people. The store is absolutely adorable with really nice items but her poor customer service and pushy salesman attitude drove us out the door. She took personal jabs at a woman's choice in a crib and overall made the woman feel horrible about herself (she was pregnant). Then, there was a woman in the store with her kids and she kept rolling her eyes at the kids and wouldn't even speak to her. I can honestly say- take the warning from everyone else and take your business elsewhere unless you want to be treated horribly but the owner. Word travels fast in this town and although we were not personally attacked, (luckily there were more people than us there or we would have been the next target and it would have been a really bad day for her) we will not give our business to someone so hateful. Unfortunately this is the only store like it in town so no choice but to get quality items but at Baby and Me. But after this experience, We are willing to drive to Albuquerque for baby stuff rather than ever deal with darla again.

She was very sweet to me and she helped me put together a registry for my baby shower which was great because this is my first baby, and I definitely needed help figuring out what all I would need, so I am very grateful for her help. This store also carries a baby lotion that is to die for and literally EVERYTHING in this store is adorable. I would definitely recommend it for a baby shower gift, or if you are looking to put together a nursery.
