Still no bed- the manager Garret was friendly and gave me an acceptable delivery date for the mattress set which was then not upheld with a later date given by the delivery manager. He also said when the bedframe will come 9/20 but the delivery manager says 10/20 but that there are none in stock nation-wide. This store just sells furniture but makes no effort to help you GET your furniture. read more

First of all, we have a home filled with Ashley Furniture and have purchased from them in different locals in the United States. Ashley has definitely gone downhill as far as quality. I am writing this review for the uncaring way they treated my wife. We are both in our 70's. We went to Ashley to purchase two mattresses and frames. We spent 7k on mattresses and bed frames. We were actually " ganged up by two associates. We purchased two Serta mattresses with the "power frames". We were informed that we had 90 days to switch from medium to softer mattresses. My wife had knee replacement surgery and she decided that the medium mattress was too stiff and she needed a softer mattress. We jumped through all the hoops and were informed by Ashley we were not approved because we were One Day past due. This is so typical with Ashley Furniture. I have written other reviews on Ashley. There are other reputable furniture companies, I strongly suggest that you do your research and homework before you do business with Ashley. Shame on you Ashley, my 72 year old wife has to rough it out on a mattress that she can't sleep on. read more

It's a nice looking store, but it's almost like you don't get much of a chance to browse as you're being stopped every 5 minutes to hear a sales pitch. If the employees would've left me alone after the first time I told them that I was just looking, I'd probably come back another time and buy something. However, I have absolutely zero desire to go back now. read more

Let me start off by saying, I will never step foot in this store again. You are chased down like prey within seconds of entering the front doors. When I am literally trying to ask for a few minutes to look around without any help, I expect to be given just that. Read your customer! When a customer says "I am just browsing, I'll let you know if I need help" that doesn't mean call for backup! Your employees chased me off for the last time. The white coats? That is the dumbest thing I have seen in a furniture store. I'm not sure Ashley Furniture can sink any lower. read more

went into the store at 8:15 and by 8:30 we were told they were closing in five minutes when online and on the sign on the door said they at nine so we were rudely told to leave would not recommend this place the two old ladies working the night shift on a Wednesday Probably need to work a different day and different time. Do not buy their cheap furniture! We paid $1600 for a couch and a month later it started piling terribly. The store won't stand behind their products. Why on earth would you sell a couch with fabric that will do that so quickly?? Our couch looks hideous and we are out the $1600. They basically said sorry that's too bad but we can't help you. Terrible business!!!!! read more

I got a text last week saying my delivery will be tomorrow. Got excited and cleared my schedule. Decided to check on my delivery status and found out that my delivery was changed to next week. Now I gotta live without couches for a week. They gave me $150 refund for the $279.99 delivery fee but it doesn't solve me having to take another day off or if I can even get the day off or now. Guess we'll see. read more

From 2017 to 2019, this place has gone from great to the worst. Company transition came about in late 2019, and into 2020. It isn't what it use to be, as many started to walk out from working with the company, and customers started to see a drastic change. The company is more with a focus on upper personnel payout, and the sales floor personnel are the least considered. A sales representative will not be able to sustain a $100,000 in sales for the year, as indicated on the site. To many variables which includes customer count that is used in favor or against you, commission changes, on-line sales percentages, answer in-calls, required sales per week and monthly, mattress sales, financing customers, and sad to say, delayed and cancelled deliveries. The company has provided an Ipad Format System that was to make things easier, but it also provides complications, as a higher demand is now placed on sales representative. Plus, it now provides a hand radio communication system for inner contact. Lots of training that is done at your expense, not good! Look at company reviews... Look at employee reviews... Look at customer reviews... read more

The whole company is a sham. They have one goal... money. The showroom is nice and the sales personnel are well trained in the art if manipulation. Once they have the money there is no call back, no communication... just empty promises. Whether it's the store, the call center, the FB chat, or the special complaints page... nothing helps. read more

I ordered furniture back in February 2021 with a hopeful delivery date of April. I have been given every excuse in the book as to why it is July and still no furniture. When I have called for the past few months to inquire about delivery my date keeps getting further away. However, I was excited to hear my furniture would be delivered July 29th, 2021. When the delivery team arrived to my home, I was less than impressed when they informed me only half of my sectional was being delivered. Well played Ashley Home Store, well played. If I had one piece of advice for fellow furniture buyers, DON'T! Please do not purchase anything from this chain!! Ashley's HomeStore is only looking to make a quick sale without any desire to try to make sure there is ANY customer satisfaction. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! Needless to say, I am out money and without furniture waiting until Ashley Home Store decides they are good and ready to refund my hard earned money... I have called on 4 separate occasions to finally be "allowed" to cancel my order. I have been lied to at every turn. I have been told they were going to expedite the refund and to keep an eye out for the money in my bank within 24 hours. After the 24 hrs. was up, I called a second time only to be told that refunds are never "expedited"... what type of company is Ashley's HomeStore? If their employees are lying to get customers off the phone, just imagine the integrity of the higher-ups... This company has zero concept of honesty, or what it means to conduct business in a dignified manner. PLEASE, PLEASE RESEARCH THIS COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Ashley furniture is a scam. They lie about your product delivery date and you can never get through to a local store employee on the phone. I went in person and the manager was a dick. They just don't care if you ever get what you pay for. DO NOT BUY HERE AND WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW! read more

NEVER AGAIN. I should have read all of the negative reviews before shopping here. I could have saved a lot of money. I shopped at the Albuquerque store and ordered from the Farmington store so items could be delivered to Colorado. HUGE MISTAKE. I ordered a bed for my home-bound sister and her husband. The Albuquerque salesman was great and talked me into a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed for them. At the time of delivery, my sister knew immediately that the bed was not going to work for them. Her husband slid off of the bed and fell to the floor. He has a lot of physical limitations (the reason for getting the adjustable bed). After calling the fire department to help get him up, he tried it again, and we had to call the fire department again that day. We immediately called Ashley Furniture and told them that the bed was not going to work for them, and they insisted that we had to sleep on the bed for 30 days before they could refund our money or exchange the mattress. We explained that the bed was stored in a different room and would not be used. They would not be sleeping on it at all. This didn't matter to them. We waited the 30 days and then tried to get a refund. Ha Ha that was a joke. First not being to get thru on the phone, no returned calls, etc. I kept getting the same information from everyone at Corporate, Customer Service, and the Albuquerque store. I was told by all that each store is Franchised and has a different owner, and that each store makes their own policies. The store manager was no help at all and said they policy is NO RETURNS. They wouldn't even offer a store credit to exchange for something else. Their answer was you bought it, it's yours. I am terribly disappointed that I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I hope the owner reads this because their identity is being protected by the manager. read more

Brandi is awesome, and will do everything she can to find you what you want... the downside to this store is that it seems like actually getting your purchase takes awhile... but I am not sure where the warehouse is located so that may be the reason. read more

do not ever buy from ashley furniture home store. i bought a couch and bed in february. 1. they neglected to tell me that they make the furniture as the oders come in. 2. they messed with my order the whole time, taking things on and off. 3. then they broke someone elses furniture and gave them mine. 4. they dont make the furniture in a timely matter. they told me my bed will be ready in september... 4. they change my delivery date three times. 4. my sales consult tink odered the wrong piece to my couch sectional. they were not what i picked out in the store. read more

We went in to the Farmington store and was shopping for recliners. They had a great selection we picked the ones we wanted and started the paperwork. First was really shocked they charge a 150.00 delivery fee, and the soonest they could deliver was 10 days from the time we bought the chairs. So when it was a couple of days before delivery I kept trying to call the store because they never called me to confirm delivery. I was on hold for over 3 hours total, no one would answer the phone. So I drove to the store and all they could give me was excuses. We were not put on the delivery schedule and would be another week. Worst customer service ever, they lie to you to get the sale, and then deny they told you the delivery would be a certain day. Trust me they have excuses for every thing, refund takes 7 to 10 days it has to come from Canada. Really I didn't pay for it in Canada. We have bought a lot of items at this store but will never get any more of our business. read more

No good! Bought a mattress and expected it to feel like it did in the show room! Well, it did not! Had for less than 24 hours and the store refused to exchange for a more comfortable one. Their suggestion was for us to sell on Craigslist! No customer service whatsoever. So now I'm stuck with a mattress that is extremely firm and very uncomfortable. Also, the sales representative never informed us of their strict return policy. read more
