They did a great job explaining the differences so we could make the right choice. The drop off was easy and helped us to get it ready for installation. Recently we called about our range. I left a message in the evening after hours and they called first thing the next morning. I explained the issue and asked about prices of service call versus a new range. They went over costs of each (new range at same line versus cost per time and new parts) and I ultimately chose the repair service. They booked a visit within 2 days. I was concerned the service person might dilly dally because of time but they came in, got to work and finished within an hour with time to explain issues. My old range is now back in use and I'm more aware of what I need to start squirreling away when I'm ready to purchase something new.

Came back to "fix it "and made it worse and completely ruined the inside of a brand new furnace and then decided they didn't want to replace it. Finally, after much arguing, they replaced it and as far as getting any compensation or any accountability, there is none. This happened November 4. It's a situation with a room full of incompetent people that sell things basically. . I've tried repeatedly to deal with these people to get some accountability and now we're going to have to lawyer up . I gave them every opportunity to make this right, now it will cost them. They just don't care. It's not like a Windows crooked or a door that won't open and shut they almost killed an entire household, full of people and two dogs, and don't care.
