I am writing this review for the uncaring way they treated my wife. We are both in our 70's. We went to Ashley to purchase two mattresses and frames. We spent 7k on mattresses and bed frames. We were actually " ganged up by two associates. We purchased two Serta mattresses with the "power frames". We were informed that we had 90 days to switch from medium to softer mattresses. My wife had knee replacement surgery and she decided that the medium mattress was too stiff and she needed a softer mattress. We jumped through all the hoops and were informed by Ashley we were not approved because we were One Day past due. This is so typical with Ashley Furniture. I have written other reviews on Ashley. There are other reputable furniture companies, I strongly suggest that you do your research and homework before you do business with Ashley. Shame on you Ashley, my 72 year old wife has to rough it out on a mattress that she can't sleep on.

The salesman who greeted me acted like I couldn't afford one, gave me short of an interview to be sure I knew how much they were. He wanted to know how much I would spend and asked too many personal questions. I was ready to purchase one and then the hard sell, upsell, and all of the extras were just too much. The clencher was when I found out their warranty is really only good for 1 year. After that any issues/repairs would be prorated which meant I would be paying a percentage to fix problems with their bed and frame. ASKING around, I've met several people who wish they never bought a Sleep Number because they have had problems and have paid and paid to get motors, pumps, and lift gears repaired. That said, the sales staff at this store are just TOO aggressive. I won't do business with anyone who pushes the hard sell.
