I did so, and was approved. Purchased a shop press and a couple other items, put them on the brand new account, and the discount was NOT applied. Store manager said they couldn't do anything about it and to call the credit card company (Synchrony). Pretty scammy. I immediately returned the merchandise and canceled the credit card. Total waste of time.

I dropped off a lawn mower to get fixed there, they told me it would be two weeks max to get it…read morefixed. Two weeks went by and I called to check on the status, they told me they had a mechanic quit and nobody had my paperwork, so they hadn't even started ...another week goes by and they called wanting me to come in and sign for a parts and work approval...three more weeks have gone by and I was told it would be done last week, then this week..I just called again to check on it and they informed me they have to order a part for it. These guys are terrible, no communication, no offer to come date for their blatant delays. Absolutely terrible business and service.
