The information that oil based exterior stains are illegal undoubtedly came from corporate and not from local employees -- even though it is in error according to contractors I've spoken with. Same for the information that proper touch up paint could only be had in gallons -- not quarts.Their lack of paint stirs was probably due to corporates failure to supply. So I now apply a five star rating for the employees on the grounds that they were only hampered by corporate, Otherwise, their survicie was excellent. The three star rating remains for corporate.
