The customer service is so bad here. It's as if the customers are bothering the worker's by asking questions. The worst was just recently, I was so offended. I should have asked for the manager, but I think she was the manager. I went to ask her a question and she literally rolled her eyes when she went to turn her head to look back at me. Always find and get what I need at Hobby Lobby even though my husband and I have to drive an hour and a half to get there. Just miss the store not being open to go see what new yarn is available and get what I need. Shopping online just isn't the same. read more

Amazing store for crafts, scrapbooking, fabric, and cross stitching! Actually you can find pretty much anything arts and crafty here; the store is massive! They were having a sale on cross stitch items and scrapbooking paper when we were there which was perfect timing. I'm not a fan of the huge Christmas/holiday displays right when you walk in, and sometimes checkout can take forever, but the variety of items here definitely compensates :) read more

Extremely rude in the framing department. I was wanting 3 pictures framed for an art show. I ask for help and this is the first time I'm having something framed. So of course I don't know what to do. The first woman with long dark hair helped me. She acted like I was wasting her time and then called another lady to help me. Her name was Tabitha. She was abrupt and basically told me these are my options pick from them. Told me it would be 30 minutes I could walk around. I swing back by and and they tell me it's another 30 minutes. Neither one of the original women that helped me were doing the framing in the end. read more
