After calling around to different mechanics in the area, we had a good feeling about these guys and decided to pay extra to have my van towed out to Cañon City. Not only did they come in early to get to my van first thing in the morning when they knew that I needed to get back on the road, but they took so much extra care in making sure that I wouldn't have any more problems. Even walking me through and explaining what they were doing. When I saw my bill, I said "is that all?" because I'm used to getting overcharged by big city mechanics as a young woman. Definitely, definitely trust these guys with your vehicle whether it's new or vintage like mine! Plus, I was able to get back on the road by 5 o'clock that night and made it to Texas by dark!

They told us it was fixed, and we were sent back on the road. In July, it happened again -- the rear wheel popped off. This time we were unable to recover the wheel. We we're assured by staff and owner it was safe. Within an extremely shot amount of, it happened a **third time**. This time the wheel popping off caused an accident involving another vehicle. We called Russell, the owner of Westcliffe Petroleum, directly from the accident scene. He completely blew us off and took **zero responsibility** for the repeated failures of their repair work.
