After loading up our truck on the flatbed, Chris said Let me take a look underneath first. Well, seconds later he popped out saying Problem Fixed! Our shift cable had come loose, and he was able to pop it back on, without even needing a tool. So, instead of being stuck in Walsenburg, we were back on our way and able to finish our trip. I doubt that there are many tow truck drivers that would have even tried to figure out a problem like this, and it shows what real customer service looks like!
