We had a flood in our basement due to a massive rain and hail storm. We called them the day of the storm, and they were at our house the next morning. His team was professional and helpful in getting fans and dehumidifers going in our home and within a few days our soaked basement was dry as a bone. They did demo work for us pulling out drywall and baseboards, and left the home as clean as possible when they were done. Effrem even went above and beyond with a small issue we had. I would recommend them to anyone that has a flood in their home. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I do have another flood, I would call Effrem again for sure. He was very fair and ethical in our interactions, and even suggested calling a third party if we wanted to do any further testing as they would have a conflict of interest. 10/10 recommend.

They jumped on the job within a couple of hours of my phone call describing what needed to be done and how they intended to do it. The work required carpentry, plumbing and painting and it was done promptly and efficiently. EQUALLY IMPORTANT is this; I hired them without getting a bid due to the emergency but was treated very fairly on the price. Even though I was vulnerable they didn't over price. Before receiving their bill I "guesstimated" their labor cost, driving time, cost of materials, knowledge and what I believed to be a fair profit. Their bill was within $40 of my expected price. Alpha came out to help us address a leak originating from the refrigerator in-line. I can't…read morerecommend them enough. JD, Uli and Zeke did a fantastic job! Alpha explained the work involved and provided a quote. Once the work was complete, we paid less than the quoted amount. They quickly removed wet materials, drywall, flooring, cabinets, but they only took out what was absolutely necessary. They also moved the refrigerator to the garage. They treated for mold and any nasty growth. They setup a sturdy containment area which included tension poles to ensure plastic walls are held up against the ceiling and they put up an air filter which helped improve air flow and air quality in the space. They setup several fans and dehumidifier. Their machines move a lot of air, but the motors on the machines are silent, so we still felt comfortable in the adjacent living space. The area was totally dry in less than 3 days. They cleaned up, put down extra temporary covering for the floor (helpful since we have pets) and put us in contact with a contractor to help us rebuild and close everything back up. Throughout this process JD was very patient and understanding, he answered all our questions and gave several helpful recommendations. More background: This is our second leak in the span of weeks. We had our first leak dealt with by a different company. One of those big business national water damage companies. I am using my mostly negative experience with the other company to inform this review. I have to say, the difference is night and day. Go with Alpha Restoration.

Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge.
