Menards is a Great Home Improvement and Hardware store! I am…read moreso happy that Menards has a store in Dickinson. We use to live in California and had Home Improvement stores all around us, but we had never heard of Menards until we moved to North Dakota. Menards is the best of the best as far as I see it. We love their 11% discount, their weekly ad sales, their Customer Service and friendly and helpful employees. We shop at Menards a lot because we are remodeling our home here in North Dakota. Recently, I ordered all the new cedar siding for our 100 year old home and it arrived stunningly beautiful. It really made our house stand out in the neighborhood. I have purchased many of the tools, Paint supplies, flooring supplies, windows and doors from Menards and they all have been great! Menards exceeds in all areas, I would put them up against any other Home Improvement Store!

Ordered a medicine cabinet online as I live in Beulah, but work in Dickinson. Got off work a little…read morelater than normal because I work at the hospital. Got to the yard exactly at 8:00pm, which yes is when they close. Menards worker was still at the yard door. Asked if I could still pick up my order as it was only 8pm and I lived out of town and wouldn't be back for several days. I was told that it was 8pm and they were closed. I asked if they could make an exception. The worker said they were closed. I left. I do understand that they close at 8, but was hoping for a bit of understanding and customer service, but I guess not. I've worked retail for several years prior to my job at the hospital, and I feel like a little customer service can go along way. Guess we'll either order from Menards in Bismarck from now on, or maybe just switch to Lowe's as they had the majority of the items we needed for our bathroom remodel.

He got the parts and they did the repair. We were able to leave town the next day. We were so happy for their help and service! We would never made the 700 mile trip home without getting stalled on the road. We highly recommend this business, their customer service is second to none!!
