We were on vacation pulling a fifth wheel camper when our air conditioning went out. Danny the service manager got us in to check it and found the bearing and compressor had failed. He got the parts and they did the repair. We were able to leave town the next day. We were so happy for their help and service! We would never made the 700 mile trip home without getting stalled on the road. We highly recommend this business, their customer service is second to none!! read more

Got to the yard exactly at 8:00pm, which yes is when they close. Menards worker was still at the yard door. Asked if I could still pick up my order as it was only 8pm and I lived out of town and wouldn't be back for several days. I was told that it was 8pm and they were closed. I asked if they could make an exception. The worker said they were closed. I left. I do understand that they close at 8, but was hoping for a bit of understanding and customer service, but I guess not. I've worked retail for several years prior to my job at the hospital, and I feel like a little customer service can go along way. Guess we'll either order from Menards in Bismarck from now on, or maybe just switch to Lowe's as they had the majority of the items we needed for our bathroom remodel.

I love Menards but this location has some of the worst Customer Service I've ever witnessed…read more They need to be more visible and accommodating.

Went in looking to have a small amplifier installed under a seat in my car. I discussed the…read moreinstallation with the manager he assured me it would be done correctly. When I picked my car up it was after hours. I saw they put a different amp in the trunk left a mess of insulation on the carpet broke a speaker cover and the wiring wasn't anything professional at all. They zip tied the power wire to my coil wire! Paid 1/3 more than msrp for the amp plus had to drive to town twice to get it fixed right. They didnt want to do anything about the part they broke and my extra 140 miles of driving. When I asked why it happened the excuse was because the manager wasn't on site that day. They didnt even feel the installer did anything wrong. The amp wasn't even tuned in to the speakers correctly. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Yes man manager just to get you out the door.

At first, one may think the merchandise is overpriced. However, the individual should take a moment…read moreto talk to the professionals at the s tore. They know their stuff and unlike a big box store where it is difficult to even find someone to answer a question, Pacific Sound has employees that can answer any question you may have about their equipment. They will come out to your house and professionally install your tv or system. That is true service. Ask for Nick if you need help. A nice surprise was finding out they also install car stereos and auto starters. Trevor is the name of the guy that works as the installer and like the others, knows his stuff. Again, you get what you pay for and you won't be sorry for giving your business to Pacific Sound.
