They were able to schedule me in a week out and the install went perfect. Since this was a permitted installation the inspector came to check the work and everything was just fine. I noticed I had a 50A circuit breaker that was installed for my connecter so I asked Phil/Susan if I was supposed to get a 60A so I can utilize the maximum 48A onboard charger, they originally explained because a 60A circuit required a cutoff next to the wall Connector the price of the install is a bit higher. I was okay with 50A and not paying that extra cost for 8 additional amps. A month later I received a call from Susan so said Phil had been in communication with Tesla and the city inspectors to get clarity on the cutoff for 60 amps and they determined that upto 60A would be okay and anything after 60A would need a cutoff. Because Phil was able to gain some clarity on that they came out to swap out the circuit breaker free of charge. They did this almost a month and a half after the install, now that's customer service!!

Unfortunately, Charlie exhibited excessive licking of his paw, prompting us to seek veterinary attention. The veterinarian noted in his records that his allergy was a pre-existing condition. Consequently, due to these notes, our pet insurance will not cover any expenses related to his allergy. Why would they note that it is a pre-existing condition when he has never been examined for his itching or allergy? I have contacted them four times via email and three times by phone. Finally, I received a response stating that they would not alter their documentation because I mentioned during the visit that his itching had persisted for six months. This, too, is false. While he has been itching, there has never been medical confirmation that he has allergies. This practice appears to unfairly jeopardize patients' insurance coverage.

Hanna is an expert and that is clear from the minute he gets going with your appointment. Hanna is really committed to running a quality business. During our chat he told me he only hired licensed barbers because he wants experts working in everyone's hair. Unlike chain locations, he treats his employees well and that is why he has low turnover with his barbers. That is important for me since I don't like it when I have to get my hair cut by a different person every three months.
