When ordering dinner he came back and said he will do laps around, we were at that point deciding to leave to another restaurant and get the bill or just stay for dinner. Yet the ambiance is nice and we have a table. We believed we came at a reasonable time. So we stayed and continued our conversations. As he came again we ordered and my friend was ordering her part , the server got highly frustrated she wasn't ready. He even had to take a step back did a spin from our table and then came back in again. We got quiet and just did not know how to respond. So we continued to order. I never had that happen. They were able to schedule me in a week out and the install went perfect. Since this was a permitted installation the inspector came to check the work and everything was just fine. I noticed I had a 50A circuit breaker that was installed for my connecter so I asked Phil/Susan if I was supposed to get a 60A so I can utilize the maximum 48A onboard charger, they originally explained because a 60A circuit required a cutoff next to the wall Connector the price of the install is a bit higher. I was okay with 50A and not paying that extra cost for 8 additional amps. A month later I received a call from Susan so said Phil had been in communication with Tesla and the city inspectors to get clarity on the cutoff for 60 amps and they determined that upto 60A would be okay and anything after 60A would need a cutoff. Because Phil was able to gain some clarity on that they came out to swap out the circuit breaker free of charge. They did this almost a month and a half after the install, now that's customer service!!

Why would they note that it is a pre-existing condition when he has never been examined for his itching or allergy? I have contacted them four times via email and three times by phone. Finally, I received a response stating that they would not alter their documentation because I mentioned during the visit that his itching had persisted for six months. This, too, is false. While he has been itching, there has never been medical confirmation that he has allergies. This practice appears to unfairly jeopardize patients' insurance coverage.
