I went back after the allotted time and asked the manager if my order came in. His reply was yes and it is inside. I went and talked to the person working in the store and asked for the product and he did not know what I was talking about. I stated the product and when it was ordered. He looked it over in some file and he said there was nothing ordered. Disappointed as I was leaving, the manager did not even look me in the face, when he came back inside the store.

Great service at Silverscreen Regina location! A mistake was made on the spelling of my daughters…read morelast name but it wasn't the mistake of there's. When the student order form got sent to Silverscreen the students placing the order spelled her name wrong! It wasn't picked up on before it was sent to print. However, Silverscreen fixed the shirt at no extra cost to us even though it wasn't their fault! Fantastic customer service is hard to find these days but it was so appreciated today!
