Which is completely fine, as long as I have an explanation, but does not explain as to WHY I NEVER GOT THE COURTESY CALL TO EXPLAIN THEY COULDN'T DO IT INSTEAD OF LEAVING MY HANGING. Because of this terrible customer service, I will never step foot in a Prairie Mobile again. Round of applause for Jeremy guys!!!

The first sales person I talked to did not know how to answer simple questions like "does this…read moreproduct need an external power source?" Then they wanted to charge a 50 bucks restocking fee when I returned the defective product the next business day. Also while I were trying to resolve my issue with a sales person, the manager was loudly and in front of everyone, complaining about and bad mouthing another customer she had dealt with on the phone, to someone at the front desk. That customer's problem? The 50 dollar restocking fee... Extremely unprofessional and made the whole process uncomfortable. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Worst service and after care I have ever received. Took 9 weeks to repair my phone that had…read moreextended warranty, had to pay $157, ok. My phone came back without the battery, they don't sell batteries, I had to go to the battery house to buy a battery another $54 open my phone everything was completely wiped out. The only reason to fix a phone is so you don't lose all your contacts and pictures. Really the worst experience and totally mislead. I could of gotten a new phone, lost all my pictures of my sons wedding, dads funeral a trip to Cuba. These people are totally unproffesional and misleading, untrained staff that don't have a clue what they are doing. Don't ever buy a phone there and please never hand over your phone to them for repair. I don't even know if I got my own phone back or not. CZ
