The ladies at the store were lovely when I was trying on wigs however I'm really disappointed in the after sales service. I am going through chemotherapy and lost my hair. I purchased two wigs and they were not cheap. When I bought them they took them both off the mannequin which I thought was strange, but I was overwhelmed with the situation so didn't say anything. There was no discount given, which I wouldn't have taken, I would have preferred a proper wig and paid full price. Well the $780 I bought is so thin and damaged and losing hair constantly. I have already lost hair, so losing hair again on my wig is very stressful for me. I went back to the store to see if I could order a new one and they say no because i had worn it. Even though I wore it only twice and using a wig cap they said its not possible. Super disappointed that they wouldn't work with me at all on this. When I went back, I was told that they ordered the wigs for me, which I reminded them no they didn't because I saw them take them off the mannequins. Then I was told that nobody really tries on long hair wigs so they are practically new ???? Just all kinds of excuses not to work with me on this . Thinking back, it's so strange to pull a wig off a mannequin but I was dealing with so many emotions that day I didn't even think of how weird this was.
