I was talked into a size smaller without letting me try them on. I told the sales person that I had gained weight and pretty sure I was a larger size. I went home and Discovered they were too small, I asked to exchange the three untouched pairs for a larger size. Was offered nothing. Not even a discount on replacement pairs. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. 150.00 for two bras and 5 panties that I can't wear. I have purchased over 500.00 over the last three years there. From bathing suits, cover ups, housecoat and pjs. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
I was told how unhygienic my purchase was 3x by two staff. I said I am a nurse I understand hygiene. I left it all on the counter.
If I had purchased online or at Costco I could have returned or exchanged my purchase. In a World with sanitizer machines and items that are clean with their tags on It should have been an easy exchange.
I will take my business to the other lingerie stores in the city.
