I ordered a head strap harness from them a couple of years back. I was told it would take about three to four weeks. I went back after the allotted time and asked the manager if my order came in. His reply was yes and it is inside. I went and talked to the person working in the store and asked for the product and he did not know what I was talking about. I stated the product and when it was ordered. He looked it over in some file and he said there was nothing ordered.
