I especially like Carol who worked so well with my son who has some physical delays and required extra time and energy. She was amazing. Tough but loving. And my son LOVES her. My boys were both premature, so they had some core strength issues, and I saw a huge improvement over six months thanks to the classes here. We've been coming to straddles for more than a year now, and my boys love it, and I love the physical and behavioral changes I have seen in them. If you want glitzy, you'd have to go to a for-profit place, like Lifetime or Equinox. if you want your workout (and beyond) $$$s to support a human rights-based organization with activities across the world such as advocacy of gender equality and women's empowerment, this is a great place.

When you walk in your kids are greeted by their teachers and made to feel part of the school. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind.
