Went to class for 3 weeks and Jonathan sends her a text that he has to cancel her because she doesn't speak English. I'm trying to understand that. Who needs to talk to exercise. And what kind of business are you running and English only business? You are wrong and you are not right Jonathan. I am truly shocked and disappointed. So sad. Oh and you are from Haiti. How can you discriminate? Wow so sad.

But I sucked it up and said "how bad can it be?" So I signed up....about a day later Johnathan called me and sent me an email on what to expect the first day. - bring clean sneakers (helps keep the mats clean (bootcamp is in a gymnastics environment) - don't forget socks - bring water (you'll definitely need it) - bring your Groupon voucher just in case - towel is good too if you sweat - get there 5-10 min early for a good parking spot (its not bad at all....I mean 530am lol) There is a good amount of people. I love how Johnathan creates different stations and it will depend on the day. Monday - Strength and Cardio Tuesday - Terrible Tuesday's for a reason....Many rounds of circuit workouts Wednesday - Circuit Training Thursday - Tabata Friday - Boxing Also, he measures your body fat, weight and parts of your body. He tells you to journal your food (myfitnesspal) and helps you stay on top of your goal. I look forward to each workout....if you can't do 530 they also have 630am....and I believe 845am but on mon-wed-fri only. It's a fun time. I needed a jumpstart and I'm happy I signed up.

I did try PT at several other locations prior to contacting Adapt. When I first went to Adapt, I did not think I would be able to do things I used to do such as weightlifting, running, or squatting. I signed up for 40 sessions. I stuck with their treatment and guidance, giving 100% effort and commitment. After 35 sessions, I realized I was generally feeling better. For my last five sessions David got me to a level I only dreamed was possible! David gave full effort every time I went for treatment. He is caring and he is very skilled at determining the best course of treatment. I am now feeling about 99% like my old self. Often I feel 100%. I am ecstatic with the results! I can now lift weights, run, and do squats with no pain or issues! I am super active and have so much more confidence in my conditioning and abilities. I thank Adapt for their amazing treatment and making my positive outcome a reality! Also, Caroline, the front office manager, is genuinely concerned about patents' outcomes. She was the first person I spoke to when I contacted Adapt. She has been so caring and sympathetic with me throughout the whole process. It is easy to think things will not work out when you work hard and results do not come as quickly as you expect. Both David and Caroline gave me the confidence I needed to stick to the plan. Finally, realize relief from chronic pain is a lifetime commitment. It requires staying active, training religiously, eating healthy, getting quality sleep, and managing mental health. Going forward, I plan on continuing with periodic sessions with Adapt approximately once per month, indefinitely. I want to ensure I stay on the right path of living pain free!

Prior to attending this clinic I would go through periods where my back would feel decent & periods were I would have to miss more than 1 week of work at a time, went to the hospital, etc. I always had success with my symptoms at other physical therapy places but I never seemed to get to the root of the problem & find a long term solution until I met Dr. Nicholas Dass. Over the last year not only has my back pain pretty much diminished to almost nothing but I also can actually touch my toes when flexing forward. This is something I have NEVER been able to accomplish in my life as I am not a flexible person. There was no stretching involved. It was all his unique approach and skill set combined with my willingness to put the required work effort in. Dr. Nick has given me my life back. I could not workout for the last 2 years and had put weight on. I now belong to a gym, am working out, & working on losing that weight I had gained. I can also play darts again (a hobby of mine that I love). More importantly, he has given me my independence back where I do not feel that this chronic issue owns me any longer. I now manage it with the tools and knowledge that he has given me. Thank you Dr. Nick for putting in the time, attention, and caring so much! You are making such a difference in your patient's lives!

This is the first gym I've tried outside my home gym and it was great. You'll definitely leave dripping sweat! There is parking available and there's an area for your kids to hang out as well. The bathroom is also very clean!

I've been a part of this crazy family since the last one month and I believe, this is one of the best impromptu decisions I've taken in a while (the other being, getting a puppy home instead of coffee one Saturday morning). You can feel the energy of this place even before you enter the parking lot. The coaches are awesome. I have worked with a lot of personal trainers and group class instructors before (me being a Zumba instructor myself, before I put on the extra pounds) and not once have I met such a group of knowledgeable, smart and passionate group of coaches before. Be it Amber, with her zeal to make sure you are getting every movement and technique right; to Katie who is an amazing teacher with her loud voice, music, and enthusiasm; to Drew, who is a fabulous instructor and even better entertainer; to Adam, whose motivation and encouragement inspires you to do better every day and; to the best trio Ricardio, Jenna, and Jeremiah who patiently teach you every move until they are satisfied you got it right. I am so fortunate that I get to work out with these awesome people and learn from them every day. I cannot wait for my transformation to a fitter and a stronger person.
