I emailed Carol the owner very upset that this is what I received and asked her to refund him and if she had any questions to contact me, a few moments later I received a phone call from a snappy and rude woman who had NO customer service skills at all. At first she told me she would not refund us but would gladly come pick up the flowers if I did not want them. So I agreed for her to come back to my office and get them. When she arrived, I pointed out all the dead and drooping flowers and she barked back claiming they were alive and "not fully bloomed" and trust me any person knows the difference. After a snippy tone, and being attacked at my office, she agreed to refund us and took the flowers, which I thought would be the end of it. HOWEVER she had the audacity to then email my boyfriend with a condescending tone that "nothing would have pleased me, and I was upset at how inexpensive the arrangement looked" implying that he picked a cheap arrangement. And ended the email with (PS she doesn't like this specific type of flower) How. Rude. I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment and would never complain about flowers or a gift. But I want people to be warned that this florist is below par and there are numerous others to choose from in the area. Check out the pictures that prove it. What I received VS what I was supposed to receive. She didn't even include the extra garnishments. Pathetic.

I ordered a Premium floral arrangement and received a Standard one…read more This seems to be a common occurance when ordering flowers for gift delivery. I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. After being "talked over" by the owner, he finally begrudgingly agreed. He claimed it was "fair and equal value". I can assure you it wasn't even close. Beware!

By only changing the water often enough to keep it fresh, the flowers lasted NEARLY 4 weeks and we are not kidding. These were sent to us by a friend in NYC (we live in Westchester), who just took a stab on the internet. What luck. Will definitely use them and recommend them going forward. (This review is posted very late, because we received these hydrangeas in late Aug 2018. Sorry. Better late than never, because the flowers were truly beautiful and very fresh.)
