But after doing some research on google, I found Dr. Poria Rafiei and decided to give it a try. Little did I know, it was going to be a LIFETIME LUCK for me! HE IS SO CARING, THOUGHTFUL and VERY CAREFUL with procedures on my teeth. I have very sensitive teeth since I was young, so any little mistake can make me shiver with pain. But with Dr. Poria Rafiei, I never once felt any pain during the last 5 years of treatment. He is also awarded multiple times as best dentist in the USA. So, CHECK HIM OUT guys!!! you will NOT regret your choice. I have referred my close friends and families, they are all happy with their treatments. NOW, I walk in to dental office with a big smile (I may look a little crazy because I smile too much lol ) but that's because I feel comfortable knowing that this doctor is not going to hurt me, make me suffer or tense up during the treatment. My experience was disappointing from the start. First, the staff refused my request to complete new patient forms in advance, falsely claiming it would only take five minutes. During the exam, Dr. Rafiei claimed I had a cavity requiring immediate drilling--a shocking diagnosis given my strict oral hygiene and clean dental history. When I hesitated to move forward with treatment, Dr. Rafiei made it clear he was displeased. Seeking a second opinion, I subsequently visited two separate dental practices. Both dentists confirmed independently that I have zero cavities. I strongly advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any restorative work here.

Eventually, the root of the crowned front tooth became infected and could not be saved. Dr. Lankford guided me through every step of the process, referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon for my implant, and later restored it with a beautiful, high-quality crown. Throughout the entire experience, he was compassionate, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. The final result looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier. The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I fell asleep & when woken up someone had put a blanket on me. Awwwww, just like mom used to do. The doctors are specialists & know what they are doing.
