The fries were soggy and under cooked and the scallops were cool and nearly raw inside. After eating 2 of them we had to send them back to be re-cooked. They came back with the outside hard and crusty but the inside was still nearly raw. Sent them back again and told them to forget it. The raw scallops didn't sit well and had to make a run to the bathroom. They did take off the charge for the scallops but I'll never eat here again.

Safe drivers that make you feel relaxed, and no cowboys who speed in and out of traffic . This most recent ride I was dropped off at JFK and a moment later realized I left my cellphone in the car. Delta was able to call Amity, who reached the driver. He returned immediately to the airport and within a few moments I had my phone returned. We thought the driver was very friendly but almost distractedly so. I was anxious for a couple reasons but called the family-driven business' owner's son now being groomed to take over (a very pleasant young man)nto give feedback-not to hurt his driver as we believed she tried her best but we didnt feel safe. We asked that he simply have a good talk w/her which as a supv, can be difficult. In our Christmas ride we exp'd: inability to focus on/off, talking over volume of GPS, GPS cell phone go dead due to deadzone in rural Eastern neighborhoods, i had specifically requested at nite to get on main routes which were illuminated instead (not focusing) we were driven through very dark, countrified towns w/slick spots on the road which i foresaw w/common sense a problem since Winter temp had dropped. As we entered a major route, the van began to slide on road, we grabbed onto what we could as she yelled out, "yahoo!" At that point i shot a look at my spouse & remained polite but getting home i said, "never again!" My spouse agreed. We werent going to call back or review here. I felt however if i had a business this would be important to know. Our concern is how extensively are drivers vetted & Chrysler vans maintained before extreme seasons. I mustve said 3x to owner's son..please chk the vans' tires, brakes, etc. The main thing however was sharing this driver's performance. I dont wish to harm the comp rep, simply hammer home what i shared w/him. Also, a 20% tip is auto calculated, we did not request it back or a discount either. However, we most likely wont use this company again. Our exp is hopefully rare. Id ask for info on Kivery license for drivers & business CT insurance ID.
