He even sent me photos of the vehicles ahead of time, which I really appreciated. For our trip to the airport, we chose the Chevy Suburban, and for our return home, we used the van. Both vehicles were excellent, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious, and clearly well maintained. From the moment Jared arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. Before we even left the house, he made sure everyone was comfortable and even asked if we had double-checked that we hadn't forgotten anything for our trip. That small detail really showed how much he cares about the people he transports. Another thing I really liked was the reservation email. Everything was clearly explained, and I also noticed that additional food/snack service can be arranged upon request. Both the Suburban and the van already had bottled water, candy, charging cables for different types of phones, and excellent air conditioning, everything you could need to make the ride more comfortable. What impressed me the most was Jared's attention to our flights. He monitored both our departure and return flights for any delays. On our way back, our flight was delayed, and I was a little concerned about how that would affect our pickup. As soon as we landed, I already had a message from Jared letting me know that he was aware of the delay and was already there waiting for us. That level of service gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Jared and his transportation service. I was so happy with the experience that I have already booked him for my next two trips. This is truly a high-standard, professional service, and the cost is absolutely fair for the level of comfort, attention, reliability, and service provided. Thank you, Jared, for such a great experience and, most importantly, for providing my family with comfort, safety, and peace of mind throughout our transportation. We truly appreciate it!

There is nothing super nor VIP about this company!!!…read more This is the WORST car service in Chicago !!! This was the first, and LAST, time I will be using this service! There is absolutely nothing professional about this "company". Be aware of the fact that you will NOT be dealing with a corporation per se. Instead, it operates more like an Uber service, whereby, hired individuals use their own personal vehicles to charter customers. Here is an outline of my "first time" experience with this service. I called the "company" on a Monday night to set up an appointment for a round trip service for Wednesday of that same week. The gentlemen promised to have a car pick me up at 12 noon and the driver NEVER showed up. Then to add insult to injury, I called the company to let them know and the dispatch person had a less than pleasant personality and was argumentative. The "company" had to send a second driver, and he arrived a half hour later, which in turn made me late to my appointment. The "company" had an I don't care attitude about the whole matter and never offered to compensate me in anyway for THEIR mistake. Unfortunately, I still needed a driver for my return and I had already made the appointment with this "company" (I use this term very loosely) so I had to call them. When the car arrived it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the driver had ripped jeans on and a nose ring protruding from the middle of her nose, which was very disconcerting. At this point all I had was a prayer that I would make it home in one piece - or at all for that matter. In speaking to her, she turned out to be a kind person but her appearance really needed some work. I don't think she realized that she was representing the "company" very poorly. This is a business and you DO NOT SHOW UP TO WORK looking like you were accosted in an alley. Anyhow, the next day I checked my billing statement and the company had the nerve to still charge the $11 gratuity for the driver that never showed. I called the company to let them know that I did not feel it was right that they not compensate me for THEIR ERROR. I most certainly felt that paying a gratuity fee for a driver that never showed was completely unfair and after having a little spat with the "company" owner he agreed to reverse the gratuity fee but did not agree to make any adjustments to the car service fees. So heed my WARNING my fellow Chicago residents. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time and money on contracting this "company's" services because you will be sorry. They have repeatedly demonstrated that they are low class people that do not know how to conduct themselves like professionals, which is extremely sad. STAY AWAY from this company and take your chances with someone else!!!
