Not hasty in the pick up/drop off, delivered with care. I appreciate that Earl listened to the concerns about the vehicle placement in our driveway. He was very kind and personable with my husband throughout the entire process. Five stars. Thank you!

Communication was clear & reliable- when I first called I was told exactly when I could expect availability, and he even offered to recommend other companies if their timeline didn't work for me. The integrity & amiability is hard to find in this industry, and I was so grateful for everything my driver (Ty) did for me and my family during the whole ordeal. We hit a ton of (metaphorical) roadblocks and I am still shocked at how easy navigating the difficult situation has been at such a reasonable price. Can't put a price on good service, and this one has been worth every penny. Definitely gained a customer for life.

Hyundai originally sent AAA out to try to tow me, but they didn't have the sleds required to move my car. I called Hyundai back and they sent out Quix towing. I wish they had done so from the beginning. First of all, they had everything needed to pull me onto the trailer. Secondly, and perhaps best of all, they were easily the most friendly tow company I've ever worked with. This was no ordinary tow company; it was a family owned company -- a husband and wife with two really friendly boys. We had a fun conversation while they worked and got the car onto the trailer. I'm actually really gonna miss hanging out with them. They were super respectful of my car, and they got it to Hyundai quickly and safely. They even offered to give me a ride home, though I didn't need it. I just wanna say thank you SO MUCH for all you did. I will absolutely be asking for Quix by name if I ever need another tow.
