While I still have the excellent care, the billing and paperwork is horrible. latest example- I cancelled my first appointment this week because I had a low grade fever. Since my therapist is in close proximity to my face, I thought it best for him to not be so close. Today I felt even worse, high fever, coughing, nasal drip. I again gave plenty of notice to cancel. I got a phone call stating that because I cancelled 2 appointments in a week I would be charged $25. That was never mentioned when I cancelled, and would they prefer I show up sick and possibly infect everyone there to save $25? I call bogus. Just the owner trying to get more money.
