If you are almost anywhere in New England, this is THE auto repair shop to trust with your car…read more I'm serious: These are the best auto mechanics we've had the good fortune to discover, anywhere in the U.S. (And I don't say that casually, as we've lived in states from California to Texas to Florida, and had car repairs in all of them.) This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) So, during this trip, we didn't hesitate to call them for an appointment, and make the 2+ hour drive from where we're staying in Maine. Accomplished Auto gave us a next-day appointment. That was a relief! Today, by noon, we knew what needed the most immediate attention, and what could be postponed until we get back to Florida. And, just as important, their prices were very reasonable. This shop's staff are friendly, and the team have that perfect combination of integrity and honesty. They respected our rather tight budget limits, as well. If you are anywhere within a few hours of Concord, New Hampshire, and need car repairs, I recommend Accomplished Auto. It is the very best repair shop my husband and I have ever found.

But the online experience was great, did not make me feel pressured into saying yes to all of the repairs right at that point in time, and gave me a ballpark price for when I go back to complete those items. Staff was great, same day repairs, pictures of every step of the process done to the vehicle. Will be returning!

I haven't been there very recently because I'm in Manchester which is where his old shop was, but I have been to his new shop in Raymond a couple of times earlier on when they first moved there, and I used him for years when he was in Manchester and I was always very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them and I sorely miss them and wish they were closer to me.

On a Friday AM took the car into the dealer for a state inspection. Not expecting any issues. Well,…read moreemissions test could not be done because the sensors were "not ready". Ok, the car hadn't been driven overnight, with only a short drive to the dealer first thing AM. Car's also a hybrid, I don't think the gas engine ran much, or at all, getting there, so the sensors may not have been warmed up and ready... Was advised to drive it around over the weekend and bring it back Tuesday. Tuesday. What can you do? Drove it around rest of Friday, and Sat AM brought it into Lefebvre's. Just before bringing it in, the Check Engine light comes on. Huh? Did some web searching, found that the "Capless" design of the gas fill often has dirt/leak issues that show up as CE light. Lefebvre's was right onto that too. Checked the CE codes, cleaned out the gas fill, advised to drive it around a bit and come back in a few hours. A few hours. Not Tuesday. A few hours later, with the CE light still off, it passed inspection. Thanks Lefebvre's! Liked the fact that my online search for info wasn't viewed as a problem, and that you were able to deal with the real problem easily, with a "we're all in this together" 'tude.

He's always there, when I have a surprise mechanical hiccup and need his help. No matter how busy he is, he finds a way to get me into his hectic schedule. In addition, he charges reasonable prices, and I can always feel confident that the work is done right. I need to keep this car, for now. It means the world to me to be able to maintain my car in an affordable way, and to have the work done in a shop that is Honest and takes Pride in the service they deliver. Most recently, I had 3 small issues, right when Dave was on Vacation. In a pinch, I tried a large shop that is nearby me, on Broad Street. The place begins with G. Gee, was that a Huge Mistake! Not only did they charge for a Diagnosis, which was not discussed, or needed, but the work bid, in addition, was over $2200, and that was an estimate! Oh, and they couldn't tell me when my car would be fixed! On top, they are a AAA shop and I got charged for an extra tow, just to get my car to Dave's. 'Not finished working with AAA on that. This story ends, Happily. Dave repaired my car and the bill was about 75% Less than I was quoted from Garage Gee Whiz! Are you Kidding Me!
