Absolutely fantastic business, superb staff...seriously just amazing!…read more I wholeheartedly believe in businesses like this that teach drivers the fundamentals of driving and can teach you even when you don't own a car though it might be a bit more expensive not owning a car since you'll need more lessons but I used a driving school in NYC 35+ years ago and have since believed this to be an essential business for anyone that truly wants to ace their driving course. I purchased a lessons package for my daughter to make sure that her driving skills were polished and that I didn't totally teach her incorrectly. She certainly picked up a lot of pointers that I otherwise would not have realized to point out which is another reason I think this business is essential for anyone looking to ace their road test. These driving professionals know exactly what to look for on the road exams and can give you very useful tips to help you avoid failure. Scheduling was a breeze, ALL the staff I dealt with were super nice and just plain awesome! I'm very thankful to all the staff that run this school for their kindness, patience and professionalism.

In comparison to other schools I've seen during test day Atlantic Coast keeps their trucks very clean and in much better shape than other schools and appear to have a much higher passing rate then other schools. Having to retake your road test can cost a student $500+ and I wasn't chancing it. Many thanks to Richard and Mauro who guide and explain everything in great detail making it effortless to complete a proper pre-trip, parallel park your tractor trailer (which I was dreading) and avoiding those Newburgh potholes (Richard joke) overall it was a very comfortable experience. Passed my road test Aug 21st and started work Aug 27th. Plenty of work out there READ and re-read the CDL book start calling out EVERY caution sign when you drive and you'll pass with flying colors.. We had a very disappointing experience with this driving school, particularly their secretary, who…read moreI am told may also be an owner, and boasts that she has been in this business for 30 years - clearly she's burnt out and cranky. She does not have people skills and gives you false information over the phone. We paid for the 5-hour virtual driving course via this school, but we did not use their instructors. Upon completion of this course, I was told by my daughter's driving instructor (from another company) to call Adrian's driving school and get the course completion conf. # from them, so that he could book her Road test, while I awaited the physical copy which they were SUPPOSED TO MAIL ME, but we never received. The day of the test we thought we had all the paperwork in order, with the conf. # that she had completed the 5-hour course. When we realized we needed the physical certificate, I immediately drove to the driving school for my hard copy (which i was willing to pay for a 2nd time - no questions asked) but you must know that Adrian's driving school posts their hours of operation as 8-5, but what they don't tell you is that THEY ARE VIRTUAL NOT IN THE OFFICE. So you see, if you lose a certificate or plain never received one like I did not, THEY CANNOT HELP YOU! Now, when I spoke with this woman (again Adrian's wife or relative ) she told me that IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY DAUGHTER'S CERTIFICATe, how that statement could be true I don't understand, was it mailed to me CERTIFIED? No it was not. She then went onto say that she had no idea what Conf # I was talking about, trying to make it look like I had nothing to stand on, despite my receipt from my daughter having taken their course. So when I reviewed my text messages with my daughter's driving instructor, I saw that I texted him on a specific date, saying that I had just gotten off the phone with this "secretary/owner" and SHE HERSELF had given me the conf. # of completion for my daughter's course, which I had in my phone. Personally, I believe that she just had no interest in helping me. She was rude and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! I am told by my daugher's driving instructor that this school has done this to other students of his. PLEASE USE CROWN DRIVING SCHOOL in Yorktown hts.- you won't be disappointed!
