They went on to say my 2.5 year old son would first have to enroll (so money would need to be exchanged and contracts signed) and then (and only then) would he (and only he) be allowed into their business. I was informed that I would not under any circumstances be allowed through their doors: "We would show him around but you can't go in with him." This is not recommended behavior by any child care policy setting body in the US. It's sickening to think that this business actually thinks this is an acceptable way to introduce toddlers to day care. It's actually alarming and disgusting.

The cars we used were newer models and immaculate in and out. We took 5 lessons with two of their instructors (Jack and Yaakov) both excellent. They don't just "teach to the test", but also teach driving skills that will keep your family safe. Their knowledge of the process in the county is remarkable. (the road test in this county can be tough) After each lesson, the instructors took the time to explain to me what my child needed to practice and focus on Their flexibility and availability was key for us and proved invaluable. We got a phone call after the road test checking in (that in my opinion is great over the top service) Needless to say, my daughter passed with a perfect score on the road test. As long as my daughter is happy, I will leave it alone. I suggested a new instructor but my daughter doesn't want one... let's see how this goes...... First impression. I arrive 15 minutes early for my first appointment. My daughter's instructor arrives 15 minutes late, pulls in the driveway and beeps the horn to summon us. She doesn't get out to introduce herself, there was no prior notification of her being late, and she has an attitude. The instructor drives off after my daughter enters the car and says she'll be back at 1pm. The facility has no waiting room or chairs. Luckily there is one metal bench my daughter and I shared while we waited. Unprofessional is a great way to describe my first experience. For the amount of money I paid to send my daughter to this school, solely based on reviews, I am highly disappointed. I can only hope the rest of the sessions go better since I purchased a package.

When my daughter needed to just take…read morethe DMV Driver's test Mark responded with a solution to give her one driving lesson and she was signed up and passed on the very next monthly offered test days he hosts in Ridgefield. Now my son is taking the full course. The flexibility of taking the classes in any order and on your own schedule is very helpful with very busy family life schedules. Also, Mark interacts and teaches the students I think in a way that not only keeps them engaged, but also keeps them in line with all of life's distractions as learning to drive should be taken seriously. Very pleased.
