Upon searching for good deals on games for me to purchase, I happened to view a craigslist posting which soon led me here to see what could be found. It isn't that hard to miss if you are traveling on West Henrietta Road. It's a small building from the looks of it on the outside but there is plenty of room to move around on the inside with a good amount of windows near the front that let a lot of light in and make the atmosphere...cozy but not cramped. For first visitors, you will have to ring a bell to the right of the front door to get in, the door is locked for safety reasons. I did find what I was looking for on the inside with three whole boxes of video games which ranged from used to brand new and for only 4 for $10, It was hard just to select four. Took me a few minutes but I was able to purchase what I want for $10 exactly with no tax involved, something that I wish would be found the retail world but alas, that can't happen. They also have a great selection of DVDs and Movies which are $2 or $3 a piece depending on if you want a DVD or Blu-Ray. They were having a sale for 6 DVDs for $10 but even though their were plenty I wanted to buy, I didn't have that much to spend. They keep the DVD's in a glass cabinet along with Blu-Rays but they are easy to view and select so finding the movie that you are looking for should not be hard at all. Their is a real tiny selection of VHS tapes and CD's but the prices were very good, lower than what I expected. Besides what I personally came for, this pawn shop appears to mostly specialize in jewelry and they carry lots of it. On what I saw, the selection is excellent for the store size and prices again, are very fair. They also carry other miscellaneous electronics like game consoles and laptops so if you are n the market for those, you may find what you are looking for here. The major factor that will most likely make me return is really the people who work here. Very friendly, sociable, and outgoing when trying to make a purchase, pawn or sell something, or even just to strike a simple conversation. Your results may very with selling or pawning an item but from what I saw, it's handled very smoothly and they do give good offers on items that are brought in. Overall? Enjoyable experience. I left knowing that I got a good deal and a new place to buy games at whenever I'm in Henrietta. I still recommend at least a visit here if you are trying to make some money or simply just want to shop for jewelry or electronics. It's worth the drive depending where you and even though I may not be returning for a while based on where I live, I will surely make the stop here whenever I make the drive.

Buyer beware! Like a…read morelot of people I looked to purchase a shotgun as the Pandemic was stoking fears and my wife and I are 2nd Amendment supporters. Sales folks were very nice to us. Not knowing much about guns we were steered to what looked like a decent Ithaca pump 12G. Paid asking price - no bargaining at this time as it was a sellers market. With COVID situation it was about 3 months until we could take a firearms course elsewhere. Upon taking the lesson we learned more about our purchase. It has a left handed safety - both my wife and I are right handed and salesperson guiding us failed to mention this. Other annoyances include: After market sight - instructor said that's usually from damaged original - replacement is aluminum unlike original. Stock and forearm are from different eras. Rusty mechanism - can probably fix with aggressive cleaning. The biggest issue is left handed safety! It detracts from value - small market - and is inappropriate for my wife and I to use safely. Gave them chance to "make it right" and got response below. I realize my feedback to them was over 3 months later but that is because of above and fact that they failed to inform us up front - made it clear we were beginners. See last sentence. Not a response a reputable company should be giving. Fair market price on Ithaca's are $500. That has an after market riot barrel on it police used. That's a plus for home defense. On top of it we don't force anyone to buy anything and you were fortunate to get anything. Older guns have after market stocks and front grips changed all the time when there 70 years old. Now it's 4 months later and all sales are final. People are desperate for a firearm right now you could probably get more for it. Ithaca featherlights 37 are one of the most well known shotguns out there and Your insinuating a threat against us. If we were like other shops and marked them up to 800 from situation I could understand but that fair market value no matter who you talked to. Another one threat like that and they're will be a reaction.
