My testing strips were out of date by only a few months, but it made a difference when I bought new strips and it read the right reading of chemicals that were in my pool. She always had conflicts and issues, and just showed up the one time, kept flaking on us with a lot of excuses. This lady is just unprofessional. Who yells at someone about their pool being low (it was full to the point where it has always recommended to be), leaves with the gates open, says they'll be back the next day, and sends a message like this? And if the was the same pool person before that showed up once and came up with excuses to ever come back. Why even come back? You knew the house. Just cancel instead of yelling at a man with medical issues and immediately leaving.

While I was there, I figured I'd peruse and see what they had. They have a wide selection of Taylor reagents and testing kits, ability to order filters that they don't normally stock, and have pretty much anything else you may need for your pool or spa. Their prices are also very reasonable, with their prices for sodium bisulfate ("dry acid") being particularly low. The store is clean and inviting, and is logically laid-out and organized. Employees are extremely helpful and friendly. There is also a private parking lot with LOTS of parking spaces.
