Over charged and undelivered!!!…read more After years of working with this company they have gone downhill in no time at all. Completely rebuilt my entire hot tub with all brand new parts and am now on my 3rd ozonator and yet again it is failing and has now supposedly damaged the new equipment they previously installed. Evertime they come out it's someone new and no one remembers the work they previously did. One employee tells you one thing and then Brandon says something completely different. Was charged $675.00 for someone to come out, was here for 10 minutes, said yep you need a new topside unit, literally took him two seconds to pop it out and put in a crappy new one, Only to go out to use hot tub and find that was not the issue at all. Said he would not charge to come out again and of course he sure did. 2nd trip out and now I need new electrical box and a new ozonator. Per his employee the ozonator failed and water backed up into my electrical panel and shorted it out! Charged me to diagnose for a second time when they failed to diagnose the issues corretly the first time. Employee was nice but when Brandon got on the phone he was Completely rude when I explained that I was not happy about the repeat ozonator issues. He said I had never had issues with my previous ozonator and that his previous employee never replaced my last ozonator after telling me it was not hooked in the first place. The 3rd ozonator installed by the same people! I think I know what I was told. Oh and did I mention took weeks to get the first appointment and then a month for the 2nd one. But when I arrived a week later on 9/6 and flushed it, it didn't turn off before the water level reached the overflow (which thankfully worked), so it ran and ran and ran. I called and asked for an adjustment. They said it worked when their guy left and the work had a warranty and they'd come fix it. I said Too late, I already fixed it (bent the float arm). So, to me, the only right answer in this kind of mistake is, "Wow, sorry to hear that, no idea how that could have happened, how can we make it right?" And I'd have suggested give my dad SOME amount of refund. I don't even much care how much, $10, $20, just make an effort, you know? But no. No adjustment. I was referred to this plumber by my realtor when I bought a property in Scappoose while still living out of state. All I wanted was a recirculating pump that could be activated from the two bathrooms with showers to minimize water waste. The initial interactions were all very positive, and I happily paid the bill before I even moved into the house. I contacted them again because the water heater was short cycling, and my memory of that interaction was them telling me that a part was needed, and it was under warranty, so they would order it and install it. Weeks later I had heard nothing, and the only way I could get a response was to approach my realtor who then approached them. Even then, it was a brief interaction, and I patiently waited more weeks. I once again was ghosted. To this day I still don't know if they received the part that had been under warranty, and I will never approach them again about any work at my house. I now work with a different company. YMMV. I have never threatened litigation. I have never refused to pay a bill. To the very best of my knowledge, there is no outstanding balance with this plumber. I searched my email and only found the original invoice which was paid prior to my move.
