I've taken my puppy here since the day I got her. She is 2 now and needed her two year old shots. Every time I had taken her in I was never able to have a room so they would take her to the back and do her shots. I would have to stay in the lobby. This time they came and asked again to take her and her sister to the back because they didn't have a room available. My friend said I prefer to stay with my dog in a room. She said , ok then will have to wait. So 15 min later there was a man with his dog that was after our appointment. So they called him first and told us our room was being clean. So when my friend and I was discussing why they called him before us. They said we don't need any negative talking in here. So I said fine then I guess you don't need our business either. First of all you scheduled an appointment which we didn't get call until 45 min later. Because we told them we wanted to be in the room with our dogs they decided to wait longer. There is two many Vet in the valley to have to take such poor service. read more

I brought my cat here because I suspected he might be suffering from a UTI. Here are the reasons for my 5 star review: 1. Pricing--I had called various places and then I came to this one whose initial fee is at least TWENTY dollars lower than most of the other places I called. Even the so called "low cost" places were higher. However, this pricing is IF you make an appointment for another day but the same day appointment is higher so if your pet can wait a day or so, then I would suggest that. If not, I think the same day is still less expensive than other places. I don't know what the others' diagnostic prices are but if their office visit pricing is higher, then perhaps the other services may be higher as well. 2. Time--this office had an appointment available for the very next day. However, an emergency for the vet arose and they called and let me know. Even with this, my reschedule was only two days away. It was originally for Saturday but rescheduled for Monday. Not bad! 3. Wait time and exam--I didn't have a long wait at all and the vet who examined my cat was very thorough in her explanation and what plan(s) she would recommend. She showed me two X-ray views. I had the X-rays done because my cat wasn't able to do a urine sample. 4. Staff--very kind and personable! One guy helped me on the way out to my car as I had not only my cat but the Rx cat food along with my purse. Very nice! 5. Payment plans--this office works with several payment plan companies to help you with your vet bill which can get quite expensive if you don't have pet insurance (I don't). Sunbit is link they sent me and I was approved right away to spend almost $1400. Care Credit, Sunbit, All Pet Card and another one whose name escapes me right now are offered. Overall, I had no problems and would highly recommend this vet. It's amazing that I hadn't seen this place before since I pass by it several times a week! Downgrading my review to 2 stars now that I have utilized them for a sick pet. This vet has completely ruined my trust and I can no longer recommend this clinic. The vet techs, assistants, and front desk continue to be amazing and they are why this is 2 stars and not 1. This lowered star review is only for the doctor. I was quoted $1600 for treatment when the only symptom my cat had was diarrhea for less than 24 hours. I worked at veterinary clinics for 6 years and have friends that are RVTs and veterinarians and know very well that x-rays and hospitalization are not standard initial treatment for diarrhea, especially when the cat is still eating and drinking normally and has normal energy levels. Talk about upselling. Very disappointed. read more

Found my new vet!! I loved our previous office but my dog had a broken tooth and was quoted $1,800. I LOVE my dog but I literally could not afford that so I made some calls and West Phoenix Vet got me in the next day for an exam. They quoted me $740 AND it included a cleaning and a nail trim!! My dog received the best care and I can afford my bills so yay! The doctor was very kind and explained everything to me very well and gave me three options for a treatment plan. Three years ago, I got a dental cleaning for $175. Now it's up over 400-600$ and veterinarians are getting really excited about their jobs! I guess it's fun to steal a weeks pay from average folks. So there is a new trend, certain veterinarians are starting online classes called "becoming your own vet", where are they teach the everyday people how to keep their pets teeth clean, dental water, chew treats, home cleaning, pet toothbrushes and hundreds of other things people typically need a price gouging vet for. So enjoy your price gouging it will be short-lived because you don't deserve that much money for scraping a stupid tooth. You can behave poorly for a little while, but eventually people will catch up to you. They will find a workaround and if they find enough of them, you will end up in the poor house. So Just keep it up. read more

Took my Diesel & Sadie in today because i suspected they had a ear infection. Dr. Bhullar was very nice and guided me through the steps of the ear cleaning/ treatment. The tech, Mayra was super sweet with my dogs, they loved all the staff! My dog even let them do his nail trim ( and he always fights me about it ) , that's how I knew they can be trusted . They overcharged me for my visit. I didn't mind spending the money at the time because taking care of my dog was more important than money, but still knew it was too much. The staff is really nice and helpful, but the doctor was rude. Talked down to me, and kind of noticed it with the rest of the staff. Over explaining problems I guess to show off his degree. Changing my review after my experience yesterday. I spoke to someone over the phone and made an appointment for a rabies vaccination and a nail trim. My appointment was at 11 and I didn't even get seen until an hour later all the information was given to me in the front lobby, they told me it would be best if I had my dog do all the vaccines she needed, which was three. So I agreed and reminded them again about the nail trim. Once they were done, giving her the shots, they came out to me and said she was too distressed to do her nails. The whole reason why I took her in was so that they could do her nails. They were super busy in the lobby dogs everywhere. They may have been overbooked since it was a weekend. Another red flag. They said they had no prior shot records on file, and when I took my pup in over a year ago, I gave them copies of all of her shot records... Of course when they say my pup is distressed from the vaccines, I say OK that's fine... I'll just pay for the vaccines and I'll skip the nail trim. They bring her out to me and she doesn't look distressed at all. She's so calm, wagging her tail in their arms not a problem at all. So I pay for the vaccines and I leave and once I get home, I'm looking at her paperwork, and they say that my pug is 41 pounds. The average size of an adult female pug is only around 22 pounds . I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they just miss typed the number no that wasn't the case either. I took her somewhere else and they weighed her and she's only 18 pounds. Now I don't even know if they actually gave my dog the vaccines because she was perfectly fine when I took her home. Normally she is extra tired and cuddly after vaccines. For all I know, they gave some other dog who was there who weighed 41 pounds the vaccines my dog needed. I had such high hopes for this place but I'm pretty sure I won't be returning. PS. Initially, I wrote a positive review because they were going to do a free nail trim if you left them a review on yelp as soon as I had my experience yesterday, I took that review down in a heartbeat. read more

I do not recommend this vet. Long story short I came with old cat asking if I should put him down or if I can help him. Yes of course u can help him , here's fluids, antibiotics, kidney food and check bsck with us in 3 months. The cat died 5 days after seeing the vet. Why would they make me keep him alive just to die. They did blood work and urine text along with blood pressure etc. They really couldn't just be honest with me. They seemed great when I got home I had hope. I am very thankful to this Clinic for taking care of my dog without any appointment. My 9 year old Maltese got sick during the 4th of July long weekend, and we tried calling around and nobody would even give us an appointment for a month. When you go to the doctors you expect them to have your records and if they were misplaced you should at least accept the fact that they lost it and that's ok. What's not ok is when the unprofessionalism from Myra. Who in front of my kids snapped at me and said I didn't give it to them and that it was me. Not only was she rude with attitude but wanted to give my dog shots without them even knowing what was missing. The worst part is my dog is a rescue pup from a humane society so I brought all the paperwork in the first visit. But yes it is my fault and I didn't do my job as a paying customer as MYRA mentioned. Please don't let this cold, non customer focused, non animal parent focused person take care of your pet. read more

Forgot to update this post. So 10 days later we regretfully went back to this vet to get staples removed because our vet was booked out. They left a chunk of staple in her stomach after "removing them all". The Dr should be banned from practicing on these poor animals. read more

****** Apparently no doctors were available just for me to get a refill for a prescription I was told to come back with the cat I called while I was on my way returning back with my cat because he just needs a refill for his doxycycline medication They said they said no because now I need a whole $75 new appointment for them to charge me more money just so I can just get a refill for the $25 bottle the receptionist were very back-and-forth and I highly recommend that anyone coming back that you just speak to the doctors because the receptionist are a joke they do not care about you personally and at the end of the day it's just about the money at this place so I will update my review not from 5 stars but a one star on google next Maria & her co worker is a joke ! read more

Dr. Bhullar and Dr.Grewal along with both Jennifer and Jacqueline are simply beyond awesome! I have taken Pepper there only twice but they are definitely going to be her permanent vet. From the moment we walked in to the hospital we were made to feel extremely welcome and when I have taken pepper to the vet in the past she has always tried to leave and freaks out but that was not the case here.. in fact she made herself comfortable in one of the chairs in the waiting room and was very calm when we met with both of the doctors at separate times. If you are looking for a great vet team who is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable this is definitely the place to go. I have already referred a couple of friends there and the one that did take his dog there was extremely happy .. plus they have an office kitten called Wednesday and she is simply the cutest little thing who makes me smile whenever I've had to go into the office for either a visit or to get medicine for my girl read more

A bad review I removed, as I think reviewing a hospital for people or animals is really subjective. I'd taken my cats there I think once or twice before, and I have to tell you, the actual clinicians here are very nice. They are very smart and kind people, and they do run the clinic the proper way, and do a lot of tests. I'd given them a bad review, and removed it, I will say that this office and clinic is fine, I would trust taking any animal here in an emergency. That said, the bad review from earlier was due to my opinion this office did not do things the way I myself wanted them to go. My very first appointment with them ever was a walkin for a pathetically ill feral cat that should have been trapped and treated earlier! The entire process while sad, could not have been any more pleasant. The front desk people could use some training in fact amoxycillin is to be chilled and has a short shelf life. I'd been given dry, non-liquid amoxy before that did not need refrigeration, so when their staff gave me a bottle without instructions to keep it chilled, it was taken without any special care thus ruining it. My last visit with them was for a cat that urinated in odd places, I'd worried it was kidneys (usually what long haired cats die of at his age) so they tested for it, at my request. Whatever tests, I said "Yeah yeah, do ;em" so my complaints over costly testing is my fault and not theirs. I just wish someone would have said "Hey, it is probably a behavioral issue" (this, I found out later, was the actual cause of his tinkling) This office is fine, I'd take any animal here, and I will recommend them. read more

We just moved to Buckeye and were having issues finding a urgent care for our pooch. They were able to fit us in and help us realize our pooch had Kennel Cough and was not feeling so well. Although it required an extra cost, we chose the only clinic that could take in our 2-month-old dog on the same day. Sadly, the diagnosis was parvo. We declined the at-home treatment option due to a lower survival rate and opted instead for a partial treatment that included 3 days of hospitalization. We were informed that this would lead to better chances of survival. While we knew that parvo had a 50/50 chance of survival, the first three days in the hospital gave us hope. Our dog was responding well to treatment, so much so that we were advised to take him home a day early. However, we decided he should stay to receive treatment on the third day, which we had already paid for. To our shock, our dog, who had shown signs of recovery, took a turn for the worse and passed away within two days of being released from the hospital. We were left wondering what had gone wrong and how come he deteriorated so quickly even with treatment. Despite spending $1,000 for treatment and hospitalization, we received our dog back in far worse condition than when we had dropped him off. We feel as though the clinic did nothing to help our dog, and we are left with more questions than answers. read more

Never come here for your animal needs, a month ago I brought my cat here because he had a ingrown nail under his fur that grew into his toe "bean". I found him as a stray so I never knew it was like that until recently, I came here so they can clip it I was mostly expecting them to remove it because of the damage it caused. The doctor examined it and just simple cut it, I was little confused because I knew that the nail wouldn't retract like normally and they didn't do anything else, they didn't even like wrap it when we left, so I just left and thought it was normal. I paid about $380 for that. It seemed fine the first few weeks but I looked at it yesterday and it was bleeding and had some puss, so I called them to see what they can do because they said to just come back if I had questions, when I called they said that I would have to pay and extra $89 for another check up because it's been over a month and there's nothing they can do about it. So I am just frustrated with this place, I paid for basically nothing. read more

i saw the high rating for this place, low appt rates & actually had soonest availability compared to many other veterinarians in the valley & chose up so my sick doberman puppy could be seen Aug 25th, 2022. now the assistants & front desk workers are helpful answered all my questions and more. first red flag with this place was when being directed to the scale to weigh my pet (a thin hallway) i ran into a man (assumed it was the actual Vet because he was the only 1 without scrubs) who didn't care to say excuse me, maybe even a silly oops hey guys im going to pass thru! just acted like he didn't see us & we were in HIS way. no type of common decency to even a paying client but ok whatever. after the Vet (same man who showed me the first red flag) came & looked @ my pet, the assistant gave me a rundown of the plan the Vet came up with. i was recommended to 1.buy fecal sample testing & 2. the treatment for it before the sample was even given, 3. a gel & 4. another treatment that from the assistants POV did the same exact thing as the gel & 5. x-rays just to be sure. this being my 2nd red flag: the fact the Vet was looking to give prescriptions before the testing was even done but yet have me pay for it all in one visit seems like a "charge you as much as they feel possible" type of deal. im glad the assistant broke evrything down to a T so i was able to decline what wasn't 100% necessary. 3rd reg flag: now the Vet comes in to administer 1/2 medications i approved & LEAVES THE DOOR OPEN (any time someone came in they closed the doors behind them because that's just the normal thing to do especially dealing with animals/patients???) & my puppy of course tries to get out! once again no apology, no "oops let me shut the door" NO i then closed the door FOR MR VET. what a silly silly Vet. he then tells me "let's put HIM up on the table" my dog is FEMALE & i understand it's not that serious but it's the lack of attention to detail & carelessness just throws me way off. what else are you missing/not paying attention to ? ridiculous. i expect silly stuff like that from the assistants but the man in charge ?? clearly he's just there for the big bucks.. coo. all in all i hope those assistants get paid very well because they clearly do much more than Dr.Teg S Sidhu. read more
