We thank God there is a service like this. Everyone there are all so kind, caring, and can be reached so conveniently. They always make the right diagnosis, prescribe the best medications, give you a detailed report, and to top it all off they contact for you all the specialists you will need to follow up with. My previous visit was on May 12th where I had the good fortune of having Dr.Shelly Birch as my doctor, she had a young woman that worked with her that I am so sorry I forgot her name. Since we had seen her many times before I asked her how she got into this line of work. She said because of her sick son. Please investigate this woman's name for me and commend her as well. I wish I had everyone's name.

Thank you to all the staff who made my day even when I was not feeling well!!

Time to find a new doctor. Once again I schedule an early morning appointment. The second one of…read morethe day was open when I made it (first of the day is 9am) for 9:15. I arrive a couple minutes early to find the waiting room already full and a short line to check in which results in the computer showing me as getting there late. Now, mind you, I'm the second scheduled patient of the day yet the waiting room is full. After I got checked in I took a seat expecting I'd be heading back very soon. 9:20.... 9:30....9:45...... at 9:50 I was taken back, vitals taken then left to sit until 10:00.... 10:10.....10:15. ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME I HAD YET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I left. Very angry. I have a job and a life. This is not the first time this has happened. I've also had to sit for an hour when I was the FIRST appointment. If you have anything else to do with your life aside from sitting waiting on a doctor then find a different practice. These people are habitually late regardless of when you make your appointment. I've never ever been seen any sooner than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This one sucks at patient relations. It goes without saying that they are more interested in overscheduling ($$$) than the patients.

5 Stars for friendly staff, a great location, and a doctor with a good bedside manner…read more I was looking for a new GP and thought of Dr. Perez because 1) His office is in my 'hood, and 2) People with the last name Perez are naturally brilliant (I'm not biased at all). I love the fact that his office is in a neighborhood, on a residential street. It feels like a remanent of another era. An era where there were neighborhood doctors who knew you and your family and were only a call away. Being a mid-eighties baby, I'm assuming this era existed. Either way, it feels good pulling up to a neighborhood office. I called to make my initial new patient appointment and was really shocked to hear that they could fit me in two days from that time. Every other doctor's office I had called couldn't take me until three weeks from now (minimum). George made sure to remind me that they only take cash or check (no credit cards), but my copay should be fairly low given my insurance. Was it a little odd that they don't take CC? Yeah. Did it matter when they could get me in so quickly? NOPE! The lobby is nice and neat and has a TV (HGTV for the win!) and the paperwork was straightforward. George, who initially took my call, showed me to the room and we chatted for a while (everyone in Orlando knows everyone!). It was an extra touch of friendliness that made me smile and made the time pass more quickly. The doctor arrived and was very pleasant and efficient- but not in a way that felt rushed. By the end of the appointment I asked about his background and we talked about regions in Spain worth visiting. Again, friendliness goes a long way! Overall, a great visit and I am SUPER glad to have a new doctor nearby (versus the 30 minute trek I used to make).
