The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful in finding a time that worked for me that fit into their schedule. I got there and the man who I would have assumed to be the owner came out and took a look at my windshield. My chips were extremely small but I still wanted to get it fixed before it got worse and he said there was nothing to repair but he would fill in the chips for free of charge. I only knew of one but he saw a second one right away. The inside was nice, there was a vending machine for pop and some kid toys.
