I still have not seen my rod even after I have sent more than six emails telling them I have not received it. FEDEX tracking said it was "out for delivery" about four days after I ordered it, but I never saw FEDEX OR I have never signed for it yet either. No phone number on their website for me to call. Even after hearing good things about their rods, not sure I'll ever get to see for myself! Oh BTW, The friend that talked me into buy this rod has been trying to get ahold of the also to repair the rod he bought. The first eyelet has come apart so he has been emailing them trying to get some help, but guess what....... NO RESPONSE for him either. WORST customer service EVER!!!
