This store isn't huge but they pack a lot into their space and it's near Bono's if you want to stop for lunch or dinner. Kelly escorted me upstairs where they had a huge selection. I told her I was recommended to try Hoka's by several friends. First, I stepped on a machine to scan my feet to see what would work best for me. She suggested the Hoka Clifton 10 with inserts. I tried on a few different styles and selected my favorite (what felt best when walking). I purchased two pair of Hoka's and inserts that I can switch between the two pair of shoes. I walked out in my new shoes and by the next morning my feet pain was gone! After dealing with it for nearly three weeks I was so relieved! And grateful to Kelly for her help and excellent customer service! I'll be back for another pair soon when new colors are released. Since now I'm starting over with my walking shoe collection.

The first didn't need an insole. She listened to my questions about all 3 pair. Now time will tell if I made the right choice I bought a pair of Hoka with a medium insert. They basically said too bad. I insisted they file the claim for me. Glad I did...They first filed it wrong and said it was accidental damage and it was instantly denied. Then after an hour of what I thought was fixing that they filed another claim. But in the end they stopped at submitting anything else for me. You have to work with Asurion I was told. So all weekend I'm getting email and text messages requesting photos (which I sent over and over again). Come to find out today (Monday) after all these photos and "service claims" they requested, Dicks had 3 of the same claims open... So then the one person at Asurion trying to help me said he consolidated all the claims and I only needed one more photo of the front of the bat. Blahah! I get another email saying they need two more. Asurion and Dicks don't have a clue about how to help a warranty claim. Asurion does nothing but try to wear you down until you give up, and quit trying. The store Managers use them as an excuse to not honor anything and the warranty is snake oil that won't help you. Don't bother!!! Dicks is a confused child in the world of baseball gear. Don't waste your time with them. Still working on trying to get them everything "they need," to ignore and deny the claim. I'm not giving up. I'll push this to the lawyers next. I'm sick of their crappy service and joke of a warranty, over pricing everything, unable to ship anything right, not knowing what's in stock bull doo doo. Go somewhere else for baseball gear. Here is my story. Upon entering the associate at the checkout immediately asked if she could help. I was immediately impressed as I made my way to the shoe department by the abundance of quality products on display. I found some shoes that interested me and while trying them on the associate in the department stopped stocking inventory and came over to assist me. Without asking he was there to assist. After picking out some socks to go with the shoes I went to checkout to be greeted again by Carlene. This is where customer service far exceeded expectations. Carlene asked if I was in the rewards program and while I knew my wife had set it up many years ago I could never remember how to access the account. At this point Carlene was determined to find the account for me and we went through every phone number, email address, zip code and name combination I could think of until she found our account. Then she took the time to update the account with current information. While previous reviewers had bad experiences, the associates I dealt with went beyond expectations to deliver high level customer support.

The shoe section we clean and orderly. My wife talked with the shoe guy (sorry did not get his name) but he asked her about what kind of support she needed. He made a few suggestions and offered to get her a pair of each to try on. While she was testing the shoes out he gave her some space to just allow her to get a feel for herself. He then stopped back and said "once your down to your two favorites, put one on each foot and test them side-by-side that way". Great suggestion but again not pushing. This store does not carry Lululemon because there is one in this mall. However, the Baymeadows store can and does carry Lululemon. My visit lasted no more than a few minutes and it did not lead to any purchases. The staff were fantastic though.
