Manager stated that has never been their policy (which could be accurate) but has never been enforced in last 4 years. Willing to pay twice what a similar item made by Nike, Carhart, REI .... Last Lulu item I will purchase. I will buy Free Fly, Orvis, or similar high quality clothing but no more LuLu.

I chose North Point because my boat and motor are under warranty and it may have been an issue that they could complete under warranty. Although I did not purchase my boat from North Point they stated they could do the warranty work as appropriate. As it turns out they said the problem was caused by faulty fuel that they said corrupted the VST on the outboard and would not be covered by warranty which I understand. However, 4 months is way too long to have a boat in any shop for a repair estimated at 4 hours total and no ETA for when they can have it fixed. Given my experience with North Point, I wouldn't be surprised to see a response to this review with more excuses or blame since they haven't taken ownership. Anyone considering purchasing a boat from North Point Watersports may want to consider the ability of this shop to effectively and efficiently provide service support following the sale. 10/22/2024 UPDATE: Today I picked up my boat from North Point still not running after they had it FOUR months. The only way I was able to get to this point was by filing a consumer complaint with the NC DOJ at https://ncdoj.gov/file-a-complaint/consumer-complaint/ Subsequently I dropped it off at another dealer who committed to having it running within two weeks or sooner

Lawn and garden seasonals like plants, soil amendments and furnishings are mostly outside. ...and when you finish doing the things that needed done they got a slew cleaning stuff up stuff too. Like most Aces, it's a little tight on floor space and sometimes it gets a little spendy here but the selection, convenience, and services should balance it out over time. The help here is friendly and professionally polite, they seem knowledgeable and helpful navigating the store and make you wanna come back. Yea Hardware! and doing stuff!

Nothing wrong with tires, I spent over 1.3k for a set of Michelin tires. Afterwards, I started to…read morehear knocking on the driver's side. I took the car to my mechanic to get an alignment, which fixed the issue for a month, then the knocking got worse. I took it back to my mechanic, and after driving it, he realized the SPECS on the tires were not set properly and that the passenger back wheel was put on BACKWARDS with the rotation going the opposite direction. I took it back to Discount Tires, and they fixed it with no issue. Now the knocking has totally stopped, and it runs smoothly again. If my mechanic had not had the insight to know about tires, I would have had some very expensive suspension repairs in the future. I would advise everyone to check to make sure their tires are put on in the right rotation direction. I know the staff is younger than most, but there needs to be better supervision to guide the young mechanics to become 5-star mechanics.
