I gave him a call and he was available to come by within the next couple days. He found the problem, gave me all the details and told me candidly that it might not be worth fixing. We're still trying to decide what we should do, but appreciate him being so up front and telling us to weigh the options. We're definitely going to Mr Poole for all our appliance repairs! Currently renting a property and they got hired by…read morelandlord to fix our air the temperature stays at 75 in our house almost constantly will not get cooler. The vents dont put out cold air or much air at all anymore. I get home to them being pulled up in the middle of my front yard, when there is multiple places to park. I let them know what my air is doing and how it isnt working correctly and how I think that needs to be fixed. I'm told not to tell him what to do because hes been in this business for 30 years. I explained that it worked okay at one point and such and that the heat didnt even work before. They then begin working on the heat, its 90 out they turn the heat on and fix it., which makes it hotter in the house.I told them we need the air fixed not the heat, they said it might get cold tomorrow though. They made multiple excuses why it isnt cooler in my house such as my insulation isnt good and it's gotten hotter out and the HVAC does this. Our house use to stay at 68, so I know those aren't the issues. I also asked them not to park in my yard if they come back. The mans reply was "I'll park where ever I damn well pleas, you dont own this house" I let them know I rent it so therefore while I live I its mine. I got told I was a smartass, and then I asked them to leave multiple times and they wouldn't. They just stood in my hallway. I had to wake my boyfriend up to get them out of our house. I let them know my landlord would hire someone else he laughed and said yeah well see about that. They didnt fix the air, and they did nothing but be very inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional. I called the company number on the truck and I asked to speak to the owner. I complained to him he chuckled and said oh really, I realized it was one of the men who were at my house and said so and he said well you were being a smartass. I felt very uncomfortable and scared in my own home with these 2 men. Since they left my temp is 81 and no air at all coming out.
