If you have not had a new HVAC system installed in your home, you won't believe how expensive the system can be, it's mind boggling, literally. I received pricing up to $18,000.00 for a simple 3 ton HVAC system. These folks are total professionals and I don't hesitate to let everyone know, without knowing what other HVAC people quoted me, they were not only competitive, they beat every other HVAC contractor hands down, not by hundreds, but thousands of dollars, so let me save you lots and lots of leg work and hours of telephone calls, Southern AIR Solutions has the correct Rheem system for you and you WILL NOT be taken advantage of, as so many in Bowling Green were willing to do, as evidenced by their system pricing. Yesterday, the Heritage techs arrived to do the job. They did a quick system check and noticed freon was not low and like it should be if there was a true leak and I was told did not need to spend $3000.00 on a new coil unit !!! After further discussions, we identified that this Airbnb was having the coil freeze due to renters lowering the temperature to 50°. After a quick adjustment to all thermostats and only pay $128 I am so thankful for honest companies!! Highly recommend Heritage and this will be my go to company from now on!!!!

Told me options and explained his thought process behind it. My HVAC needed Freon. And it got what it needed. And now it is no longer in the 90° range inside the house. Another big perk is that he is a local from Mount Juliet. I really do like to support local businesses and this is one that I would use again if I needed. 17/10 recommend!
