Carl Poole is NOT an appliance repair technician. He made four trips to our home, replaced nearly every component on our refrigerator, charged us nearly $2000 and never once was able to get the refrigerator to begin cooling. Mr Poole is honest, dependable, prompt and as a bonus - great with your dogs! Haha I had purchased a used washer/dryer set and it was making a funny noise. I gave him a call and he was available to come by within the next couple days. He found the problem, gave me all the details and told me candidly that it might not be worth fixing. We're still trying to decide what we should do, but appreciate him being so up front and telling us to weigh the options. We're definitely going to Mr Poole for all our appliance repairs! Was hired by choice home warranty. Came out, replaced unit, installed drain pipe in wrong hole an flooded supply vent hose from water draining from unit into house. Called to come out an repair damage an was ghosted. read more

Mr. Poole responded quickly to my inquiry, came over and gave me quick evaluation of my appliance issues, (both refrigerator and dishwasher), only charged me one service fee for both evals, ordered parts and came back later in the week to do the fixes. He fixed the refrigerator promptly but discovered once getting into the dishwasher that it was not economically viable to repair it and advised that I just replace it. Wow. Talk about honesty. He could've charged me a lot for an unadvisable fix and I wouldn't have known any different. No addtl. fee. He is now my "first call" for appliance repairs! Highly recommended. read more
