The additional cost was well worth it. From the first phone call to Jo to the last call we made to reconfirm (which if I waited I would have received the txt message with confirmation) she made sure we would be taken care of. (Lyft/Uber out of the question for we needed the car to wait for us.) Great car, excellent driver (I think his name is Lubo) and far less stressful. Thanks!

There was no contact ahead of time, I didn't get a text or message or call when I got off the plane, I had to call their 800 number to get help and the help was snappy and sloppy. They told me to go out door 3, and they rattled off the drivers name and license plate. When I commented that I hadn't gotten a text they said 'oh maybe the airplanes interfered' . There turned out to be about 4 door 3's, so I needed a letter in addition to a number to find the right one. Still no driver or contact info so I had to call back, and a different dispatcher was even snappier , telling me the driver was there. I asked how I would know tht and for the first time they said there would be a blue sign with a number in it. A few minutes later the driver did show up, but the whole unpleasant event cost about 45 minutes and a lot of aggravation. The driver himself and the car were nice, but the admin side means I would never use them again.

They showed up with a different bus than the one I ordered claiming that the air conditioner was broke, only to put us on a another bus with no air conditioning and warm water. (We were given no notice about this before hand,) My wedding was in July and it was over 100 degrees outside! We literally were more comfortable outside of the bus in the hot sun then inside. I have tried numerous times to contact the owner Miguel to try and get some sort of refund, but he refuses to call me back. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and just plain rudeness. So much for trying to help out a local company!

After booking, I received a thorough email with instructions on how to let my driver know that I had arrived. But, just as I got my bag off the baggage claim carousel, I received a phone call from Michael before I had a chance to call, and he let me know he was my driver home. He told me exactly what car to look for, and where to meet him. Within 5 minutes we were on our way! I really appreciated the effort he took to track my flight for a prompt pickup. He opened the door for me (which I still do appreciate!) and loaded my bag in the trunk. The car was clean, didn't smell like cigarette smoke, the ride was nice, and Michael was very friendly. He knew exactly where we were going, and again opened the door for me and unloaded my bag when we reached our destination. He also stayed to make sure I could let myself into the house. The next time I travel, I will definitely book Chicago Airport Limo. It was the best town car experience in the Chicago area I've had to date.

When I walked up to the driver I told him my name and he acted like he didn't know who he was picking up. So to confirm we had the right limo I told him which hotel we were going to and all he relied was, "I don't know, going to Rush street." I had my cell and was able to look up to confirm the hotel was on Rush Street to reassure myself we were in the right limo. The car was hot and had to interrupt the driver who was on his cell phone to find out how to turn up the air. He was on his cell phone the entire trip so we didn't ask him any of the other questions that we had (how to use the stereo, if we could eat or drink etc). By the way, they don't provide any beverages which the the other limo companies include at least water. When he dropped us off he pulled the limo out of the hotel circle drive quickly and screeched the tires loudly. He didn't open door entering the limo or exciting the limo either. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. We got from point A to B but that was about it. I was trying to treat guests and it just actually was embarrassing and I wish I would have just got a taxi. To be fair, I emailed the company before writing this review to let them know about my experience and they didn't even respond to acknowledge my complaints.
