They can not accept negative feedback , rather then invite paitents in for a discussion about why they feel negativley and allow boths side to put their points across. The reception team through the Practice Manager Ms Walker send threatining letters , when I asked to complain a week ago I was told that paitents can not complain above the practice manager , even if she is the issue . Inspite of this being the NHS. In my case i have not sworn at anybody or behaved in a manner that breaches the law or the safety of anyone. This did not stop the Practice Manager . Sending me a letter threatining me that I would possibly be left without medical care. On the same day I alos got a letter saying I have a health condition that needs further tests. I have never received such a letter in the past from any GP surgery I've been in prior. The sequence of events were as follows. I phoned up in a concerned state hoping to grab a few brief minutes with the GP who was on duty , and was famliar with my case as some of the symptoms , that concenred him at the time of prognosis had re -presented themselves. The practice manager , who happened to answer the call was rude and made a lot of sarcastic comments which were not needed , perhaps hoping to antognise me , however i did not oblige her. I was then told to wait a week for a Doctor to phone me over two hours. I then had to go in latter for blood tests was one minute late due to traffic and was kept waiting for several minutes as the reception ignored me then I was rudely dealt with by the practice manager. No paitents were before me. in the cue . It seems like they blanked me deliberietly . I latter on wrote some feedback about this , about the staff not wearing masks and standing less then one meter apart also the rude way the nurse treared me. As far as I'm aware free speech is still a civil right . I have often found the staff rude and antogonistic but that is a state of reality that many paitents have echoed in this section . In short this surgery does not know how to treat people and likes to victimes certain paitents . I also highlighted an error they made that put me in a very difficult position , when I tried to complain to the IT manager he did not empathise and tried to twist facts the receptionist who displayed a worse attitude of conduct , and profesionlisim was agressive . The practice manager says because i named those that were on duty at the time in a review that was out of order it took them a month to come back with a tissue of complaints no mention of which was made priror . Now they are too many there to name who are badly behaved towards paitents I can only assume the reception staff think , that even though it is the NHS they can behave in a entitled and rude manner but paitents should not exhibit any dislike about this. read more
