My wife just completed her third appointment. The first was a consultation. The second was supposed…read moreto be the only one she would need to have the work completed. But, due to the excessive wait times, lack of communication from the assistant to the Dr., and the willful ignorance of Dr. West, whose bedside manner and dental techniques make the water-boarding rooms at Guantanamo Bay seem like a pleasant field trip, my wife had to endure this nightmare for yet a third time. She has been to many dentists in the area, and has even had little to no anesthesia for some of her 7 extractions over the years. In her own words, just the administering of the Novocaine felt like her gums were being sliced. She speaks from experience. 7-10 fillings, 5+ removals of mercury fillings for porcelain, 7 extractions (5 at once) for 3 years worth of braces as an adult, wisdom teeth removed with a local. This simple filling and on-lay was the worst pain shes ever felt during and after any dental procedure shes ever had. The doctor did not communicate what he was doing during the procedures, did not at any time give her an opportunity to rinse nor did he ever let he know that there was a rinsing station, and as soon as the procedure was over on both visits he just walked out the door without saying a word. This all started as a quest for a new dentist, one that's closer to home and offers a wider range of services from one office. During the initial consultation he said what he knew he had to say in order to earn our trust and business, but things changed on the second visit when he gave my wife two choices. And when she chose the least expensive route he became visibly agitated and took his frustrations out on my wife. So if you enjoy catching a virus from the assistant who has "allergies" and swallowing your own blood for $1200 then this is the dentist for you. By the way, there were no chocolate chip cookies as some people have claimed.

I don't understand the poor reviews of this place. This place is awesome. I've had multiple gendex…read moregxs700 sensors repaired by them and each time that I have had it done, the: 1. service was great and phone answered promptly with accurate information and questions answered 2. turn around time for repairs were great. I had 2 old eHD sensors sent in also, which they could not fix, and let me know and promptly shipped them back. Service on the GXS700 have been great and saved me a ton of cost versus buying new Gendex sensors. If you call Gendex, they will sometimes offer you an "extended" warranty after the fact, but make you pay for extended warranty and the prior years to "catch up." I'd rather just have Sodium fix it properly and save some cash. Great place with great service and great results.
