We had a reservation for a tour and tasting, showed up and they made it happen right on time. The tour takes about 1.15 hours and features a lot of detail on the process of distilling vodka, gin and whiskey...and of course it includes tastings of all three as well! You even get a behind the scenes tour of the process from start to finish. It's all fascinating and cool to learn a lot of the nuances that make each spirit in process. Definitely gave us a new respect for enjoying a good liquor on the rocks! Our tour guide was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable and passionate, friendly and all around fun from start to finish. She definitely made the experience extra fun, while still making it educational! The tour is short in distance, as the space is small for a distillery. But what it lacks in distance, it makes up for in interaction. The location is absolute perfection as well. Whether you arrive early or hang around after, access to downtown Dingle and the bay is literally right outside the gates. Overall, Dingle Distillery has been one of our favorite experiences so far.
