From the initial telephone inquiry I made about four weeks prior to the wedding, it took only 48 hours (one business day) for me to receive the contract proposal and confirmation that ANI could staff the event. We had a wide age-range of children attending the wedding (12 weeks to 11 years) whose parents wanted the option of age- and developmentally-appropriate activities so that parents could have some "adult time" at the reception. ANI found us just the right combination of staff for our event, and sent out biographies of each of the nannies who would be providing services, so that parents could feel reassured in knowing who would be caring for their child(ren). They even offered to schedule a telephone call, in advance, for me to speak with the nannies who would be working at the event. As a parent of you children myself, this was incredibly reassuring. They also made sure to ask about any severe allergies requiring epi-pen use, and we're sensitive to any child's special needs (ie, shyness, separation anxiety). Multiple parents noted that their child(ren) didn't want to leave the kids' room at the end of the evening, and that the nannies permitted them to have the most fun at a wedding since becoming parents! Within two business days following the event, I had received a follow-up email from Jenny, asking how the event went, soliciting feedback on the team, and addressing the balance due.
