Since we're living in the house during the renovation, the delay was especially stressful--we really couldn't afford to wait weeks to get the issue resolved. I called over 10 asbestos companies. A few returned my calls, I received one estimate, but everyone else said they couldn't come out for several weeks. Then I reached out to Eisen Environmental, and Dan responded quickly. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and took the time to explain the project and asbestos removal process in detail. I really appreciated this because I wasn't familiar with asbestos remediation and had a lot of questions. We felt comfortable moving forward and signed the contract that same night. The crew came out the very next business day and even showed up early so they could get started on time. They removed 12 HVAC boots with very minimal damage to the walls. I was expecting much worse, so I was extremely impressed with how carefully they handled the work. My kids and I also had to stay out until they finished. Dan and the project manager called me the moment our home was safe to return after the negative air clearance test. Thank you! From the initial response to the completion of the job, Eisen Environmental was professional, punctual, responsive, and efficient. Most importantly, they helped us get our renovation moving again much faster than we expected. I'm very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Eisen Environmental to anyone dealing with asbestos removal. Great job, Dan and team!

Cesar worked efficiently, completing the work in 3 solid days, which was much faster than I had expected. His work was careful and meticulous, and he did an excellent job of restoring the house to its former state. We also appreciated the minimal impact of the work on us and on the room being repaired; there was very little to pack and move, and no dust on the furniture left in place. Cesar was neat, quiet, and unobtrusive, and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. We hope we'll never need such repairs again, but if we do, we would want Cesar to do the work!

The…read moremen who did the manual labor to treat our mold and water damage were excellent, hardworking, and professional. All 3 stars is because of y'all My issue is entirely with management. After my insurance company caused complications that led to First Call terminating the job which I understood, I received an invoice in May of last year. I paid that balance in full with two separate checks within two weeks. I have the receipts, the copies of the checks, and the bank statements showing exactly when First Call cashed them. After a full year of zero communication, I woke up today to a voicemail and email threatening to send me to collections within 48 hours. They claimed they had been "trying to reach me" for 12 months, which is untrue. I checked my call logs and my email history; there was absolutely nothing. When I called and provided my proof of payment and the exact dates they cashed my checks, they admitted the "error" was simply because someone forgot to check a box in their system. It is incredibly stressful and offensive to have your credit threatened because a company can't be bothered to check their own bank deposits before sending out threats. As a veteran, I live by a standard of integrity and doing your due diligence. Relying on a "checked box" as the Bible instead of doing actual research is lazy and unprofessional. Do better, not just for your customers, but for the reputation of the guys out there doing the actual work.
