Hi, I just wanted to warn people NOT TO USE BRUCE SCHWARTZ…read moreAS YOUR REALTOR. I "thought" that Bruce was my friend and capable of writing up an offer. I found my place without any involvement from Bruce. I just asked him initially to write up my offer. He doesn't know how to send an electronic offer and he took hours to write up my offer, and submitted an offer higher than what I offered! He was supposed to add an addendum and put in the wrong date! This is all he did and expects his commission and won't return my calls; I'm still in escrow. Thank God the sellers agent is capable and ethical; unlike Bruce who I "thought was my friend", so the sellers agent submitted the correct offer for me with the corrected date. The sellers agent is doing EVERYTHING THAT BRUCE IS RESPONSIBLE to do and INCAPABLE OF DOING. Bruce keeps contacting the sellers agent to find out when escrow closes so that he can collect a commission for not being able to even write up an offer. BEWARE Bruce is NOT A FRIEND when money is involved, he is incapable, dishonest and unethical. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BRUCE! SCHWARTZ.
